The voice of Russia
Dmitri Alexander Schwartz |
Review :
A pitiful story of disillusionment told by a Russian-American delegate to the Third Internationale. He soon found that the sight-seeing guides were really guards, but because of his knowledge of Russian, he escaped them and learned about the vice and tyranny practised by the soviets and attributed by most writers to the old regime. It is a story of sacrifice and idealism written without rancour.
